When will my order ship?
Dispatch times are assigned to each item so be aware of that when you are adding items to your cart. We try to include any important information about where the item is in the production process in the description of the item! As a general rule if your order has a backordered, or preorder item, your entire order will not ship until all items become available.

I received the wrong/extremely damaged item, what do I do?
Don't you hate it when this happens? we do too. We want to make sure that you love everything you receive from our shop, if you have an issue like this with your order please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right for you.
