Processing and delivery
All in-stock items ship within the delivery window shown at checkout.
Items marked IN PRODUCTION, PRE ORDER or BACK ORDER have their own shipping dates listed in the product description. Please check the item description for the most accurate timing.
Shipping rates
Canada: $7.50 to $8.00 depending on package weight. Free on orders over $65 CAD.
United States: $12.00 flat. Free on orders over $65 CAD - your cart shows this converted to your local currency at checkout.
Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand: tracked shipping priced by package weight and shown at checkout (from $10 CAD). Delivery is typically 7-27 business days.
US orders: duties and import taxes
Since the United States ended its $800 duty-free allowance in August 2025, every parcel entering the US is subject to import duty regardless of its value. This applies to every seller shipping into the US, not just us.
We calculate your duty at checkout and show it as a separate line before you pay, so you can see the full landed cost up front. We then pay that duty to US Customs on your behalf using prepaid customs clearance.
This means nothing is owed on delivery. No courier will ask you for money at the door, and your parcel will not be held at customs pending payment.
The amount shown is an estimate based on each item's customs classification and country of manufacture. Our pins, keychains and accessories are made in China; our stickers and prints are made in the USA.
Other international orders: duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada and the US are sent with duties and taxes unpaid. Any import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your country's customs are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Most small orders to these countries fall under the local duty-free threshold, but we can't guarantee this.
We don't currently ship to the UK or EU from this site.
