I ordered this item very early in November for my son's birthday, which was on the 15th. Sadly, thanks to the issues between Canada and the US and the various postal services involved, it finally arrived yesterday Dec. 22nd. The store owner's communication was outstanding the whole time. They were able to track it on the Canadian side and they gave me updated tracking info that they received once it got to the US side. After that, the USPS had their Pony Non-Express service take over and bring it from US/Canada border to my house. So instead of this being a birthday present, it has now become a Christmas present. Not the worst outcome by any stretch of the imagination. The quality of item is OUSTANDING and he will still love it. Thank you for what you do.
